Oh well...

It was worth a try. My dog hates other dogs. She is an only dog and hasn't tolerated another canine since she was attacked at the dog park when she was 18 months old. This is TODL's dog, over for a visit. Sky is in her kennel. They managed a walk together this morning, but the "how about we hang out in the kitchen together" idea didn't go so well. Good thing Sky was wearing a muzzle.

For the record, TODL and I get along much better than our dogs do.
